My philosophy
Well, obviously I must have a great and 'seismographic' nose.
But not only that, passion, tenacity, a good dose of curiosity, coupled with patience, lots of reading material and countless hours of research, as well as an eye for discovery and a sense for the unusual and unusual, are essential and are part of my open way of living out my passion for wine. Some friends would call it an 'unbridled' passion. But that is in the eye of the beholder.
I discovered this passion early on, in my teenage years, and it has stayed with me ever since. One thing I have noticed with certainty during this time is that my enjoyment of wine has increased as my knowledge of wine has grown!
It is precisely this fact that I always incorporate into my engagements and try to ignite the passion in my counterparts. It is simply a matter of accepting that tastes and preferences differ from person to person and that these must be respected.
From this point of view, I was and am a 'bad' salesman, because I don't sell just any wine to anyone.
My favorite wine regions were and are Italy and Austria.
I am now also familiar with the wine scene in Israel - I have been interested in wines from Germany and France for some time now.
But not only wines, also fine olive oils from Italy are on my 'drinks menu'.
I look forward to meeting you, getting to know you and discussing, no matter when or where, the main thing is that there is good wine to drink!
